This is the cracker everyone ate at their daycare when they were a kid and when you were last in line you got plain milk instead of chocolate

If you were a good kid or it was a special occasion you would get these, but it was very rare.

I have never heard of these nor seen them. They must be for the teachers pet at the daycare. You know exactly who I'm talking about.
